By scheduling an appointment, you agree to provide accurate contact and scheduling information. Appointment policies, including deposits, cancellations, rescheduling, late arrivals, no-shows, or event-specific requirements, may be communicated separately at the time of booking.
We reserve the right to refuse, cancel, or reschedule an appointment when reasonably necessary.
3. Permanent Jewelry Services
Permanent jewelry is custom-fitted and welded or otherwise connected without a traditional clasp. By choosing to receive permanent jewelry services, you acknowledge that fit, wear, durability, and individual reactions may vary.
Customers are responsible for informing the vendor of any known metal sensitivities, allergies, medical concerns, or other circumstances that may affect their ability to safely receive the service.
Permanent jewelry may need to be removed for certain medical procedures, workplace requirements, sports, travel, or other circumstances. Customers are responsible for confirming any applicable requirements before receiving or wearing permanent jewelry.
4. Minors
Customers under the age of 18 may be required to have permission from a parent or legal guardian before receiving permanent jewelry services. Additional age restrictions may apply based on local laws or business policies.

Digital Download Terms of Use
By purchasing, downloading, receiving, or using any digital file from Sunflower Soul Designs, you agree to the following license terms.
Permitted Use
Digital files may be used to create physical finished products only.
You may use the design on physical products that you personally create for personal use or for sale, subject to any additional licensing limitations stated with the individual file.
Examples may include physical signs, apparel, tumblers, jewelry packaging, printed materials, stickers, or other tangible finished products.
Digital Distribution Is Prohibited
You may not sell, share, give away, upload, distribute, sublicense, transfer, or otherwise make the original digital file or any modified version of the digital file available to another person in digital format.
This includes, but is not limited to:
Sharing the file with friends, customers, social media groups, or online communities.
Selling or giving away the file as an SVG, PNG, JPG, PDF, DXF, EPS, or other digital format.
Uploading the file to a shared drive, digital marketplace, design library, or file-sharing website.
Altering, tracing, converting, recoloring, rearranging, or otherwise modifying the file for the purpose of reselling or distributing it digitally.
Purchasing or downloading the file does not transfer ownership or copyright.
No Print-on-Demand Use
These files may not be uploaded to, used with, or fulfilled through any print-on-demand or third-party fulfillment service.
Prohibited services include platforms or businesses that manufacture, print, engrave, embroider, ship, or otherwise produce products on your behalf from the digital file.
You must create the permitted physical products yourself using your own equipment or production process unless you have received prior written permission from Sunflower Soul Designs.
No Resale of the Design
You may not claim the design as your own, register the design as a trademark or copyright, or sell or license the design itself.
You may not create another digital design, template, clipart file, font, graphic bundle, or downloadable product using the file or substantial elements of the file.
Copyright
All digital files remain the intellectual property of Sunflower Soul Designs and/or the applicable copyright owner.
Your purchase grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the file only as described in these Terms of Use.
Unauthorized copying, sharing, resale, distribution, or print-on-demand use may result in termination of your license and may constitute copyright infringement.
